Agency Trade Professional

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Agency Trade Professional eager to develop their career in the shipping and logistics industry.

- Analyze and identify market opportunities by trade, leveraging a strong understanding of the shipping network and its commercial ecosystem;

- Perform customer segmentation and identify and target strategic accounts;

- Support the Agency CCO in defining and piloting the commercial strategy, including budget, action plans and commercial initiatives;

- Manage IFF, GA and local VIP tenders, ensuring competitive and compliant commercial offers;

- Report to the relevant shipping lines on issues related to pricing and routing;

- Build and analyze vessel profiles to support optimal capacity utilization;

- Produce accurate commercial forecasts and contribute to Business Intelligence initiatives;

- Collaborate with all relevant departments and Head Office to ensure seamless information flow and effective execution of commercial initiatives.

- Relevant and up-to-date Master’s degree in Management, Economics or a related field;

- Proven experience in Trade Management within the shipping industry;

- Strong knowledge of the shipping industry, network, products and commercial policies;

- Strong customer orientation and ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships;

- Advanced negotiation and pricing skills;

- Strong analytical and Business Intelligence capabilities;

- Ability to manage own activity, prioritize effectively and deliver results independently;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

- Fluency in English; French will be considered a plus;

- Strong command of relevant software, IT and data analysis applications.
